Mouse sensitivity converter between games
Move your sensitivity to another game and find the setting to apply it. Compare measured turn distances and adjust your sensitivity.
Start calculatingFormula and assumptions
Apply the result to the target setting named by the converter. Minecraft Java's precise result is the mouseSensitivity value in options.txt; its displayed percentage is only a reference. FOV and additional multipliers must match your actual settings. Rounding to a game's accepted value can change turn distance, so check the theoretical match and any applied difference together.
Why the result can vary
Results use the reviewed game profiles and entered settings. They are not measurements from running every current game version. Scoped aiming, mouse acceleration, custom multipliers and game updates can affect the result. Matching horizontal turn distance does not guarantee the same visual feel. Games whose profiles need further verification are marked as under review and do not produce a conversion.
Example
Moving VALORANT sensitivity 0.35 to CS2
Inputs: Select VALORANT as the source, enter sensitivity 0.35 and choose CS2 as the target. Keep the same mouse DPI.
Outcome: The CS2 sensitivity is approximately 1.113636. Copy the result and apply the decimal precision supported by the game. This example preserves physical turn distance.
Cautions
- Uses horizontal hipfire sensitivity, separate from scoped or zoom settings.
- Required FOV and additional multipliers must match your game settings. Mouse acceleration is not modeled.
- Rounding to a game's accepted precision can introduce a difference. Check the distance for a full turn after applying the setting.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know my mouse DPI?
No. If DPI stays unchanged, its value is not needed to convert sensitivity. Enter old and new DPI only when you change it. Games that require FOV will ask for it separately.
Where do I enter the result?
Below the result, find the target game's settings location and sensitivity field. Expand ‘Steps and things to check’ for game-specific instructions. Do not copy the value directly into a separate scope or zoom sensitivity field.
Will aiming feel exactly the same?
The goal is matching horizontal hipfire turn distance. Game settings and additional multipliers must match the conversion conditions. Field of view and zoom behavior can still change how the movement looks and feels.
Which games are supported?
The converter calculates 23 profiles, including VALORANT, CS2, Overwatch 2, Apex Legends, PUBG, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege and Minecraft Java Edition. 7 Days to Die, Deep Rock Galactic, ARK, Squad, THE FINALS, Roblox Arsenal and Phantom Forces are temporarily unavailable while their units or conditions are checked. Call of Duty profiles apply only to the listed titles.
Why does the converter ask for field of view (FOV)?
PUBG, Rust and Call of Duty: WWII need FOV for sensitivity conversion. Enter the FOV number shown in that game's settings. Substituting another game's FOV or an assumed default can change the resulting turn distance.
How do I handle separate Rainbow Six Siege and Halo Infinite multipliers?
Enter MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit from Rainbow Six Siege's GameSettings.ini or Sensitivity Scale (Horizontal) from Halo Infinite. Choose a default only after confirming that your game still uses it. If the game only applies a rounded value, such as R6's integer slider setting, its distance can differ from the theoretical match.
How can I check the match in the actual games?
Open ‘Measure, check and adjust’. Measure one horizontal turn in each game in cm and enter the target game's actually applied sensitivity. The tool compares distances and suggests an adjustment by multiplying current rotation by measured target distance / reference distance, then converting back through the game's sensitivity curve. Keep DPI, FOV and horizontal multipliers fixed, with acceleration and smoothing off. Apply the adjustment and measure again; physical measurements have uncertainty.
Do Fortnite and Minecraft use different input units?
For Fortnite, enter 8 when X-axis sensitivity is 8%. For Minecraft Java, enter the exact mouseSensitivity value stored in options.txt, from 0 to 1. Java's in-game percentage truncates the internal value, so two settings showing 100% can differ. Do not apply this Java profile to Bedrock Edition.
Which Aimlabs and Halo MCC settings does this cover?
Aimlabs means the default Aimlabs sensitivity profile inside the trainer. If you selected another game's profile, choose that game here instead. Halo MCC covers the reviewed ordinary mouse settings for Reach, CE, Halo 2 Anniversary and Halo 4; do not assume other included titles, vehicles or zoom settings share this profile.
Why is my game not listed?
Only games with reviewed rotation profiles are supported. The converter does not guess coefficients for unlisted games.
Do I need an account or saved settings?
No account is required. Enter the sensitivity you already use, convert it and copy the result into your game.
