Formula and assumptions
Days describe stock duration for the current dry-feeding plan. If wet food replaces some dry food on certain days, reflect that in the daily dry-food average.
Why the result can vary
Wet-to-dry ratio, cats taking each other's food, selective eating, feeder dispensing error, growth, and health changes alter actual use.

Plan feeder refills in a multi-cat home
Inputs: 4kg dry food, first cat 55g/day, second cat 45g/day
Outcome: At 100g per day, stock lasts about 40 days before discarded remainder.
